There is something for all the family to enjoy at the warm and welcoming 18th Century former home of the Earls of Enniskillen. Set peacefully against the startingly beautiful backdrop of mountains and forests of west Fermanagh, visitors can take in the many glorious walks, fine vistas and play areas in the outstanding grounds. There is even a charming walled garden. Every aspect of life in this imposing classical Irish house, with its fine interiors and exquisite decoration, are brought to life on the fascinating guided tours.
Outside there are numerous unusual places to explore, including the saw-mill, a summer house, an ice house and the thatched Heather House. Rose Cottage, which is available to rent, is set within the grounds next to the walled garden

Trusty’s Trail - Meet our mascot, Trusty the Hedgehog and follow a simple trail of discovery throughout gardens to learn about Nature, the 5 senses, litter and caring for the environment
Nature Discoveries - Explore nature through unique hands-on activities and games. Learn about recycling, plant parts, the variety of life and how our actions affect the planet. Baby Ann’s Christening - Play make-believe and travel back in time to help the servants prepare for Baby Ann Cole’s christening in the year 1910. Later, play with the children’s toy collection and learn games from long ago. (costumes provided)
The Wedding Breakfast - Its 1870, just two weeks before Lady Florence Cole’s wedding at Florence Court House. The Housekeeper is awaiting the arrival of the children, who are cominig to learn about the temporary jobs on offer. Will they be suitable? (Costumes provided) Earth Caretakers - A whole day outdoors, full of stimulating activities that teach appreciation, awareness and care for our planet. Topics include: endangered species, food chains/pyramids, photosynthesis and our environmental footprint

Themed tours and Summer fun at Florence Court
Every Sunday during July and August, visitors to Florence Court in County Fermanagh can experience all kinds of fun summer activities.
Join Mrs Lloyd the Housekeeper, or Mademoiselle Berger the Governess, on our special Sunday Tours and hear about the stories that kept tongues wagging at Florence Court during the summer of 1928. This Sunday 18th July, as part of our Summer Fun programme, try your hand at Archery from 2-4pm.
The Stables Tearoom, recently awarded a ‘Taste of Ulster,’ will be open all afternoon for delicious home made lunches, treats and afternoon tea. The relocated National Trust ‘Coach House’ shop and volunteer run second hand bookshop will also be open, offering a wide variety of local goods and great reads. Visitors will also be able to explore the fabulous walks, the beautiful walled garden and play area, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Cuilcagh mountains.

The perfect venue for your wedding day
The National Trust in Fermanagh offers three beautiful venues for wedding ceremonies, receptions and photographs; Florence Court, Castle Coole and Crom.
Finding the perfect venue for your special day is a very important decision, so that’s why the National Trust in Fermanagh has decided to make life easier for all prospective brides and grooms by holding wedding open days at each of their properties this autumn.
Crom will be open for brides and grooms to view on Sunday 22 November 2-5pm. Located on the shores of upper Lough Erne, Crom is one of the most romantic and peaceful places in Northern Ireland. Surrounded by tranquil islands and ancient woodlands, the beauty of the site is breathtaking.
Staff will be on hand to answer any queries you may have and will be able to check availability for your wedding day.
