A tour of the Irish Rock 'N' Roll Museum Experience takes visitors on a historical journey, telling the real story of Irish rock 'n' roll and how it exploded in the 1980s in Temple Bar.

Located in the heart of Temple Bar Dublin's Cultural Quarter, the Museum is not just a museum, but an experience which incorporates many elements. Enjoy a fully guided tour with informative exhibitions, fun and interaction as well as access all areas to one of Dublin's top music venues, working rehearsal spaces and commercial recording studios. These facilities have played host to famous Irish artists such as Thin Lizzy, Van Morrison, Hozier, The Script, Sinead O’Connor and many more.

On display is memorabilia from the likes of U2 and Michael Jackson. There are photographic exhibitions of the stars of Irish Rock ‘N’ Roll to explore and a dedicated Thin Lizzy exhibition to really delve into. The Museum itself is housed inside the iconic Wall of Fame in Temple Bar, so visitors are essentially taking a tour behind the Wall of Fame where the guides recount the careers and lives of our musical heroes.

Walk in the footsteps of your heroes and experience what it's like to be a rockstar! Rock out with your band in the rehearsal rooms, hang out backstage, perform in the venue and record a hit song in the studio! These are all working facilities, so you never know who you might bump into! Your VIP pass is waiting for you.

  • A fully guided tour and VIP Access behind the scenes
