It's the perfect venue for an evening that will live long in the memory. Their Barrelmen's Feast is a particular favourite. Their home is smack dab in the agricultural heartland of Ireland and they're proud to say that wherever possible, the food they serve is reared or grown within a short drive of their distillery.
