Day 1

Day 3

Head for the medieval city of Kilkenny via attractive craft villages of Thomastown and Inistioge and 12th Century Jerpoint Abbey. Enjoy the remarkable ‘Footprints in Coal’ Exhibition at the Castlecomer Discovery Park. Choice of routes back to Dublin: for art lovers via Athy and Blessington to visit Palladian mansion Russborough House and its famous Beit Art Collection or for horse lovers go through the great horsebreeding county of Kildare, visiting the Irish National Stud and Gardens.
